The big plus is that children seem to have a brilliant time. Staff are repeatedly praised for being friendly, clear and helpful, and the activities themselves get strong marks for fun. Parties sound well run, with hosts helping the children and even letting them trampolining while food was delayed. There is enough variety to keep most school-age children happy, and it seems to work particularly well for birthdays and active sessions. The downside is the same one that crops up in a lot of indoor family venues: the price, the toilets and the general wear and tear. Multiple reviews complain that it is expensive, with one parent saying £50+ for two children for an hour felt steep. Cleanliness is a concern too, with mentions of filthy toilets, shabby areas and even a poo incident, which is not exactly confidence-inspiring. Seating for parents also sounds limited, especially near the entrance.
