What’s it actually like?
Little Street is an indoor children’s role play centre/café in Sussex, set up with themed zones, costumes and plenty of props for imaginative play. It sounds very much like the sort of place where small children can boss a pretend shop, kitchen or road system for an hour or two without complaint. The big wins here are the space, cleanliness and the amount of thought that’s gone into the set-up. Parents mention lots of little details, helpful staff, fair pricing and a seating area where you can mostly keep an eye on your child. There’s also a small café for tea, coffee, snacks and smoothies, which helps enormously when you’re on supervising duty. The main thing to know is that this is firmly a younger-child venue: brilliant for toddlers through early primary, less compelling for older children. It’s indoors, so ideal for wet weather, and reviews suggest it works well for birthday parties and even private sessions. Nothing in the reviews suggests a big adventure for tweens, but for the under-7 crowd it looks like a very solid bet.
