Queens Gardens is a small, well-kept public garden in central Bromley, right by The Glades. It sounds more like a handy local green space than a full-blown attraction, which is no bad thing if you just need somewhere to let children run about for a bit. The best bits are the calm atmosphere, the pretty summer planting and the fact that it occasionally hosts outdoor cinema screenings, gigs and festival-style events. There’s a playground for kids, and reviewers mention nearby toilets and café facilities in The Glades, plus an ice cream van turning up in summer.
